Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one e-mail management tool, which will give you total authority over your mailboxes and e-mail newsletters. With this user-friendly interface, you can set up a brand new email box account in no time and administer its settings with ease. Plus, you can forward mails from one e-mail box account to another, activate e-mail filters, create auto-response messages and secure your e-mail accounts against unsolicited bulk mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can shield all your electronic mail accounts against spam mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no undesired electronic mails will find their way into your email mailbox. Your emails will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an electronic mail message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a given electronic mail account.
Email Filters
Email filters are ideal for filtering your incoming mails on the basis of certain criteria set by you. Creating email filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will go into effect instantly. You can swiftly set up a mail filter for any of your email accounts and change the email filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming e-mails from one mailbox account to another, or even to several other electronic mail accounts. Just specify the e-mailbox you want to redirect e-mails from, then specify the destination mailbox and indicate if you want to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can quickly configure the mail client of your preference to access your e-mailbox accounts. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the mailbox you would like to set up on your personal computer or mobile device and click on the electronic mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new email box will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager GUI, managing multiple email boxes at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager interface will also enable you to quickly set up an autoresponder message - enter the message you want people to see and our system will do everything else. And if you wish to configure a catch-all mailbox - you can accomplish that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
